AI Disclaimer

All damage assessments generated by GetClaim are AI-assisted preliminary estimates. They are not a substitute for professional in-person inspection. Final repair costs depend on the repair facility's assessment and insurer-specific requirements. GetClaim is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated reports.

User Responsibilities

• You must have the right to upload any photos submitted
• Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information beyond what is naturally visible on a vehicle
• You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated assessment with a qualified professional

Data Usage Consent

By using the Photo Analyzer, you consent to GetClaim storing and processing your uploaded photos to generate assessments and to improve our AI systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

GetClaim provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. GetClaim shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our AI assessments, including but not limited to financial losses from repair decisions made based on our reports.
