What We Collect

• Email address — required for all tools and waitlist signup
• Vehicle damage photos — uploaded for AI analysis
• Vehicle information — year, make, model (optional)
• Shop name and insurer — for waitlist segmentation (optional)
• Usage data — page views and tool interactions via analytics

How Photos Are Stored

Uploaded photos are stored securely with encryption at rest. Photos are stored as-is and may contain visible license plates or VINs. Automated PII detection and blurring is planned for a future release. Access to stored photos is restricted to GetClaim systems only.

How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI-powered damage assessments
• To send you your assessment report via email
• To improve GetClaim's AI accuracy (photos, with your consent)
• To communicate product updates if you join the waitlist

Data Retention

Assessment data and photos are retained for 12 months from submission. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@getclaim.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
